Regionals Workout # 6 (50's Chipper)
348 reps - I really liked this one, it was a grind but I like that.  The DL were the toughest part,  I broke after each set of 10 like they did in regionals, but the last 20 in the first set were sets of 5.  I just didn't want to gas myself for the WB and RD.  I did both sets of WB in sets of 10 and all the RD in sets of 5. Both of these were not as bad as I expected them to be.  The last set of DL were 10/5/5/5/5/5/5/8.  I should have done bigger sets and got through the DL.

90 min hike complete - It was hot today and its only going to get hotter.  It was nice as always to get out and just mentally de-load.

This got tough, it was a good workout.  The last 2 sets got tough mentally, I just didn't want to hold onto the bar on the snatches.
