178 Reps - I'm pretty pleased with this score.  C2B pull-ups were definitely the limiter.  I just started to burn out on the set of 16 bad.  My posterior deltoid was burning at the end of this.

220 Avg Watt;  476 Cal - My quads were feeling it on this.  I didn't push super hard but got a good sweat and felt good after.  We had several folks doing 14.2 so I was cheering them on as I did this.
