For Time
50 Thrusters @ 135lbs
50 Power Cleans @ 185lbs
14:39 - I enjoyed this, getting alot of heavy reps.  The thrusters felt pretty good, I tried not to burn out too bad and minimize the rest.  The first sets were 11 and 8 then the rest were 5s and 6s.  The power cleans were all singles.  I was having trouble catching my breath between reps.  This was a tough workout.

11:19 - I did this about an hour and a half after the first, its my mom's birthday and we have plans for the afternoon.  My legs were hurting starting on the run, this got painful at the end.  I finished the row around 3:14 I didn't keep up with the splits on the others.  the DUs took a while I was just gassed, but I was able to string 20 or so together each set.

A.  Bench Press; Build to a Max
warm up to 165lbs;  2 x 2 @ 185lbs;  2 @ 205lbs;  2 @ 225lbs;  1 @ 245lbs;  1 @ 255lbs;
1 @ 265lbs;  1 @ 275lbs - These were just feeling heavy today.  275 was  a struggle so I called it there.

HSPU
9:24 - This was fun, I did it with Gabrielle and Brett in between classes today.  It was fun to workout with some folks and all push and cheer each other on.  I broke on the sets of 18 and 21 on HSPU and the set of 21 on KBS.

Hike 60-90 min
70-75 min at the mountain bike trails.  It was nice, pretty muggy.  Brett and Zack both went with me it was nice to relax and BS with each other.
